Terms & Conditions

1) Bookings are taken on-line at P&E Sports website: www.pandesports.com

2) You can chose to pay in advance or pay for services on the day.

3) On completion of booking form you have accepted to pay for the

service and will be expected to pay whether or not your child attends.

4) In the event of your child being picked up late. A late payment will be required of £5 for every 15 minutes.

5) Changes to your booking can be made up to 14 days prior to the first start date as detailed in your booking.

6) If you wish to cancel any of your dates booked, you must cancel 14 days prior to the first start date, if you have cancelled within this period you will be issued a full refund. Please allow 10 working days for refund to process.

7) Anything within 14 days of start date, no refund will be issued.

8) If you have opted to pay for the service on the day and your child does not attend you will still be expected to pay, an invoice will be sent to you requesting payment.
